Limited the Positions — Two and Four Respectively
For the pivotal roles of principal chief consultant and chief consultant, EdCIL India has limited the positions to two and four, respectively. Meanwhile, the senior consultant and consultant roles have a more extensive scope, with seven and 26 positions available, emphasizing the diverse expertise required for the TSG-SS Project.
The engagement of consultants is explicitly on a contractual basis for an initial period of two years. However, this tenure is subject to extension by one year at a time, allowing a maximum tenure of five years. This flexible arrangement aligns with the evolving needs of the Ministry of Education (MoE) and acknowledges the performance of the individuals involved.
The TSG-SS project is a critical initiative underlining the government’s commitment to comprehensive and quality education through the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan. As the backbone of the project, consultants play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies that cater to the unique needs of the education sector.
