The Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Ports Security stated that top-performing UAE students would receive a Golden Visa as compensation. The highly sought-after “golden visa” allows foreigners with exceptional talent to live, work, or UAE student golden visa can also enjoy special perks.

According to the most recent statement, the top students in the nation’s colleges and universities will be given Golden Visas.

High school pupils who received a score of 95% or higher would be given a Golden Visa, according to a statement on the state news agency WAM. The students are given awards in appreciation for their efforts, tenacity, and perseverance on succeeding in their pursuit of knowledge.

Family members would be eligible for Golden Visa perks

Students at domestic and foreign universities may also be eligible for a UAE student Golden Visa provided they received an honours grade and had a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 or 3.75.

Director General of the Authority Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili said the Government’s awarding of golden residency to outstanding graduates confirms the direction and approach of the wise leadership of the UAE in valuing promising scientific competencies and talents and luring them to study and work in the nation and giving them the opportunity to contribute to the process of development and progress.

He continued by expressing his gratitude to university and high school graduates for their hard work. A list of eligible applicants for a UAE Golden Visa will be created in coordination with the government by the Ministry of Education and the Emirates Foundation for School Education.

This week, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, delighted a gifted high school student by calling her on the spur of the moment to congratulate her on placing first in the nation’s final year examinations. A pupil from Rashidiya School in Dubai named Yasmine Mahmoud Abdullah won first place in the “elite track” of the nation’s public education system.

On Sunday, Sheikh Mohammed tweeted his admiration for Yasmine’s success and even posted a clip of their chat online.
